§ 2-6. Interaction Council on Human Rights.

  • An organization to be known as "Interaction Council on Human Rights" is hereby sanctioned and established to undertake to fulfill the stated purpose, which is to establish a regular quorum for a continuing dialogue among all the people of the city in order to better racial and human relations of all citizens. To this end, the interaction council will hear any concerns or suggestions from citizens of the city toward this ideal, and facilitate the necessary actions, where possible.
